Manage all relationships between Influx and its clients
Stay on top of project status and work closely with Project Management teams to ensure timely execution and delivery
Organize in tactical, weekly internal calls and external calls
Participate in monthly calls with the Client’s leadership team to provide strategic inputs. When safe, travel to the client’s location (within the U.S.) for such monthly meetings
Provide periodic updates to the client on the status of their live properties – KPI mapping, analytics, raw performance data
Recommend features/upgrades based on Influx’s product stack to aid the client’s business
Keep clients informed of new product and feature roll-outs
Generate and collect revenue in a responsible, empathetic manner
Absolute ‘peoples-person’, whether in person or through video
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Ability to use Influx’s back-end interface to generate reports and inferences
Familiarity with the process of building websites and mobile apps to comprehend client projects
Familiarity or at least an interest in understanding how APIs work in powering technology systems
Great relationships with people in the cinema industry
Astute negotiation skills to work with related third parties to set up Clients and Influx for success
Ability to take compliments as well as heat, with equal ease and a calm mind
Ability to work odd hours to be in sync with Influx’s distributed workforce across time zones
